Sage Harris (@sageharris) has been engaged in music his whole life; singing since the age of five and dancing since the age of eleven. Growing up, his mother would sing songs around the house from artists that have been major influences on his career today, such as Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake, Luther Vandross, Keyshia Cole etc.

Over the years releasing music, he’s been cited for his broad vocal range, unique writing style and love for dancing. Yes, he’s a classic triple-threat. Some of his most notable performances include the Harry Jerome Awards for the Mayor of Toronto and Prime Minister of Canada, his sold-out headline concert with Red Bull Canada and ICON Events and a performance at the collision tech conference on behalf of BMO Canada.

Most recently, Sage Harris released his debut EP titled Prince Hills, where he unofficially broke a world record for being the first R&B artist to sing upside down. Followed shortly after was his two singles, “Let Me Know” featuring legendary R&B group Jagged Edge and “Tell Somebody” feat. Preme and Kap G. His new elevated sounds can be heard on countless radio stations and streaming platforms worldwide accumulating over 4 million streams and counting.

With a gritty, alt-pop sound that also incorporates hip-hop in equal measure, Toronto’s Eric Punzo offers his own brand of passionate, introspective songwriting. With three singles to his credit so far, Eric is poised to make a powerful impression on the international music scene in 2022, while expanding his fan base through both full band shows and intimate acoustic performances.

Managed by Toronto-based Coalition Music, Eric continues to hone his craft with producer Steve Molella (Finger Eleven), with more releases planned on Molella’s label, BAMO Records. Eric’s latest single, “The River,” is a dark-hued banger, and follows his two warmly received 2021 singles, “Criminal” and “Nauseous.”

Like many artists of his generation, the concept of genres doesn’t seem to apply any longer when it comes to Eric’s sound. What matters most is using all of his skills to create something fresh and exciting. As he draws inspiration from a vast array of artists ranging from Mac Miller to City & Colour, expect Eric Punzo to keep finding innovative ways to bare his soul through his music.

The Pal's talk to Matt from Mt.Joy...well one Pal!

Mt. Joy channel bright, bold, and brilliant energy in their music. The Philadelphia quintet—Matt Quinn [vocals, guitar], Sam Cooper [guitar], Sotris Eliopoulos [drums], Jackie Miclau [keys, piano], and Michael Byrnes [bass]—have quietly and carefully evolved since forming back in 2016. Two years later, their self-titled debut, Mt. Joy, yielded “Silver Lining,” which eclipsed 104 million Spotify streams and counting. Anchored by favorites such as “Strangers,” Rearrange Us arrived to widespread critical applause during 2020.The Line of Best Fit praised it as “aiming for arena-highs,” while Atwood Magazine christened it “an ambitious triumph embracing their signature sound while plunging headfirst into the deep end of life.” Along the way, the group sold out hallowed venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre in addition to gracing the bills of festivals, including Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Festival, Lollapalooza, Made In America, and beyond. On their 2022 third full-length offering, Orange Blood [Island Records], they explore a sonic spectrum of eloquent folk daydreams, blissful guitar-propelled psychedelic rock, and artful alternative alchemy siphoned from sessions in the Southern California desert under a watchful sun, shining like never before.
